This is Muskoka.

The granite pushes back. The shoreline has rules. The winters test everything you put in the ground.

Lakeside Contracting has been building custom homes, cottages, and waterfront properties across Muskoka, Parry Sound, and Georgian Bay for over 10 years. Every project personally managed by Mitch from the first shovel to the final board.

Built right. Once.

This is what we built on Kapikog Lake.

Man-made sand beach. Custom cedar dock. Built right into the Muskoka granite shoreline.

Every board measured. Every screw driven by hand. Every detail done the way it should be done.

This is what Lakeside does when the client trusts us to make something special.

If you have a waterfront property in Muskoka or Parry Sound and you’ve been thinking about a dock or beach — send us a message. We’d love to talk about what’s possible.
