Hey guys exciting news!
We are going to hold an in-house fight night to fundraise for our gym expansion. This card will feature 8-12 live action packed fights featuring local fighters!!!! The likes of which Parry Sound has never seen before!!!! 🥊
In order to make this go smoothly we are looking for your feedback or connections for the following items feel free to comment below and let us know your thoughts! 👇
Our venue will be at our gym in our ring to keep it simple.
The date we are currently thinking May 9
we also need to come up with a name for the event so take your best shot! 🤯
These are some of the items we will need to organize this, if anyone has any connections or ideas please message us or comment below:
-seating; need chair to fill the gym on all sides of the ring
-ring lighting ex. Spotlights etc
-dj/music and microphone
-photography
-ring girls/glove runners/MC (or I can do all 3 lol)
-food and LLBO (what drinks/food and licensing)
-promotion and reaching the community (we want to pack the house so any ideas are welcome!)
Lastly any other hurdles or obstacles anyone can think of that we may encounter organizing this fundraiser.
