“Motivated seller” can sound like an invitation to make a low offer, but don't assume it automatically means the seller will accept anything. 💰

There could be many reasons a seller wants to move quickly. A job relocation, another purchase, an investment decision, or simply a change in plans.

Treat it as information, not a guaranteed discount. The rest of the listing and the market still matter.
