Your lender can verify your finances again before closing.

⭐ New credit cards
⭐ Draining your bank account
⭐ Changing jobs or messing with your income

Any of these could potentially affect your mortgage approval — and in the worst-case scenario, put your purchase at risk.

So until those keys are officially in your hand…
