Congratulations to M & S on the purchase of their new family home! This journey has been nearly 10 years in the making.
When we first met M & S, they weren't married, had no children, and were just starting to think about their future home. Over the years, we looked at many properties together. Some weren't quite the right fit, and others simply weren't the right timing. As their lives evolved, so did their priorities, and their budget grew alongside their careers and family.
Through it all, they remained patient, trusting that the right home would come along.
When 6071 Charles Street in Burnaby hit the market, they knew it was something special. We submitted the strongest offer they were comfortable making and put our best foot forward. When the seller came back with a counteroffer, we were already at our limit, so all we could do was wait and hope.
After what felt like a very long 24 hours, we received the news we'd been hoping for. Their offer was accepted! The excitement was incredible, and honestly, the subject removal process felt easy compared to waiting for that decision.
Now they're officially the proud owners of a beautiful family home.
After working with M & S for almost a decade, this feels like a truly special milestone. We've had the privilege of watching their lives change from a young couple planning for the future to a growing family putting down roots and creating lasting memories.
