The greatest compliment a tenant can give us is choosing to stay with GK3 Group when their housing needs change.

Tracy has lived at 830 Howe Terrace for two years. We took over the building about six months ago, and when she needed a larger home, she chose to move into a house that we also own.

That kind of trust means a lot to us.

And for anyone wondering about the lawn, the property has undergone significant excavation and renovations since we took over. The grass is coming. The improvements came first.

We are proud to announce the third annual GK3 Group Bursuary established in loving memory of our late mother Gurmit Kaur Gill.

The bursuary honours her legacy and is awarded to a graduating student, pursuing post-secondary studies in a business related field.

This year we are thrilled to present the award to Morgan Short, a graduate of Thousand Islands Secondary School . This is the same school my brothers and I were fortunate to attend.

We wish Morgan all the best in his future endeavours and are confident that he will achieve great success in his studies and career.

Residents of Prescott, Augusta Township and Edwardsburgh-Cardinal take note!
Between the beginning of December 2025 to January 7, Grenville OPP received multiple reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles. The incidents are believed to have occurred in the overnight hours. Vehicles were parked outside and in residential driveways in rural Augusta Township, the hamlet of Johnstown and in various parts of Prescott.

Remember to lock your vehicle when you leave it, especially if it is left parked outside. It is a good practice to also remove or hide any money and/or valuables.

If you see suspicious activity in your community, or have surveillance footage of an incident, contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122. To remain anonymous, report it at ontariocrimestoppers.ca.

Ontario’s new carbon monoxide (CO) alarm requirements take effect January 1, 2026.
