The best way to understand what it’s like to live in a GK3 property is to hear directly from our tenants.

We’re grateful to Aleida and Alleyn for taking a few minutes to share their experience with us.

Thank you both for your kind words and, more importantly, for trusting GK3 with your home.

Happy to share another testimonial from a tenant at one of the GK3 Group buildings in Prescott, Ontario

The greatest compliment a tenant can give us is choosing to stay with GK3 Group when their housing needs change.

Tracy has lived at 830 Howe Terrace for two years. We took over the building about six months ago, and when she needed a larger home, she chose to move into a house that we also own.

That kind of trust means a lot to us.

And for anyone wondering about the lawn, the property has undergone significant excavation and renovations since we took over. The grass is coming. The improvements came first.

Thank you, Tracy, for sharing your experience and for choosing GK3 Group for your next home.

We are proud to announce the third annual GK3 Group Bursuary established in loving memory of our late mother Gurmit Kaur Gill.

The bursuary honours her legacy and is awarded to a graduating student, pursuing post-secondary studies in a business related field.

This year we are thrilled to present the award to Morgan Short, a graduate of Thousand Islands Secondary School . This is the same school my brothers and I were fortunate to attend.

We wish Morgan all the best in his future endeavours and are confident that he will achieve great success in his studies and career.

Residents of Prescott, Augusta Township and Edwardsburgh-Cardinal take note!
