This one was a journey.

A lot of preparation went into getting this property ready — from positioning, pricing strategy, and making sure we stood out in a shifting market. That preparation paid off, generating multiple offers and strong interest.

But let’s be real — this wasn’t an easy market.

With the condo market softening, buyer hesitation, and a wave of low-ball offers, not to mention the world conflicts, we had to navigate pricing pressure, financing concerns, conditional offers, and constant back-and-forth negotiations.
