У многих скоро продление ипотеки. И мне кажется, что именно это будет намного важнее, чем очередное снижение или повышение ставки.

Проблема в том, что много людей брали ипотеку совсем в другое время и под совсем другие проценты.

И, возможно, есть смысл не ждать письма из банка, а заранее подумать, устраивает ли вас ваш дом, нужен ли вам такой большой дом, или, наоборот, давно хочется что-то поменять.

Думаю в ближайшие пару лет именно продление ипотеки станет причиной многих переездов.

Если вы уже подумываете о переезде и хотите спокойно обсудить возможные варианты, буду рада помочь.

Many homeowners will be coming up for mortgage renewal soon, and I believe that may end up being far more important than the next rate increase or decrease.

The challenge is that many people took out their mortgages in a very different environment and at very different interest rates.
