Phase 2 of the environmental assessment in Alberta has been finalized. Due to the presence of APECs, such as the neighboring laundromat and gas station, and the subsequent migration of contaminants to other properties, Phase 2 was deemed necessary. Through this phase, it was determined that while TCE itself was not present, its derivative had contaminated the groundwater. By applying Alberta Tier 1 standards and removing certain exposure pathways, we were able to successfully conduct a Risk Assessment.
