The Fraser Valley housing market saw renewed activity in April, with both sales and new listings increasing compared to last year. Despite ongoing buyer-favourable conditions, momentum is gradually improving as we move deeper into the spring market.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 7% higher than a year before.
• There were 9% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $972,700. 💰

After nearly a year of price declines, benchmark prices edged up for the first time in 11 months this March, and sales activity picked up 20% from February. 🌸 Spring market momentum is building across the Fraser Valley!
