It's always such a delight when the genuine joy you feel helping families comes across clearly. This family was smart and deliberate, and we're not done yet.

I remember where I was when this review came through, I ran to show my husband and he smiled and said "Well, obviously." but what he probably didn't realize was that this industry is tough and you get beat up a lot, so when these affirming words come through it's a breath of life-giving fresh air. But I suggest you do, as you'll have Rossland and Red Mountain Resort at your fingertips! with 200+kms of multi-use trails and BC's newest bike park this is a recreational paradise I'm so lucky to call home.

"Hear me out," these buyers said when they first approached me. "We don't know what we're looking for, but we'll know it when we see it."
While this is a bit unorthodox, I believed them. It turns out what they were looking for was an absolutely gorgeous 20 acres across from Red Mountain Resort (yes that's Granite in the background), with room to grow and settle in for decades.

You are going to be so happy here guys, it was an absolute pleasure touring Rossland with you.
