A few recent highlights from the other side of Stay with Darby.

Apparently running a business also involves forgetting attachments, defending ketchup chips and accidentally calling your neighbour by his dog’s name.

Some days I absolutely crush it.

Some days… Steve. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Either way, we carry on.

We became business owners, and like so many entrepreneurs, we quickly learned that success isn’t built alone. It comes from conversations over coffee, introductions, advice from people who’ve been there, and a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

It also comes from something even more powerful—watching other women in business support each other, cheer each other on, and show up for one another with no expectation in return. That kind of genuine encouragement is contagious, and it’s one of the reasons I believe so deeply in what we’re building together.
