A company is more than the work vans you see heading down the road. It is the people behind them, the early starts, the laughs between jobs and the team that keeps showing up for one another. This drone set gave us a chance to step back and see the bigger picture: a whole lot of blue, a whole lot of hard-working people, and one crew we are proud to have together. The next call may send everyone in different directions, but this is the crew that keeps Wade Roberts Plumbing moving. Not a bad office view for the day, either.

Easton is up on the roof with the right fall-protection gear, a secured line and a pretty solid view. Jobs do not always happen in spotless offices or at ground level, but good habits travel with the team. Take the time to set up properly, stay connected and look after one another. The roof may be the office for the day, but the standard stays the same: do it safely, do it right, and get home in one piece.

Here’s Lorie and Stephen going over a job together at the office, making sure the details are sorted and the team has what they need before the work gets done.

Good communication between the office and the field makes a big difference. It keeps everyone on the same page and helps us provide a smoother experience from the first phone call to the finished job.

It takes a whole team to keep things running around here! 👊

What an amazing night at Music in the Park in Brentwood Bay! 🎶☀️

Shaky Ground had the park rocking, and we loved being there as a team, connecting with the community we’re so grateful to serve. ❤️

Nights like this remind us that it really is the little things that matter most — great pizza from Peninsula Pizza, new friends and old friends, laughter, stories, music, and simply enjoying a beautiful summer evening together.

These are the moments that Build Strong Connections and keep our community healthy, happy, and strong. We’re so grateful to be part of it! 🙌❤️

Just another day at WRP… moving the “light” stuff around. 😂💪

Here’s Matt and Brock getting a new hot water tank moved from the sea can into the van, ready for its next stop.

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before our team ever arrives at a job. Loading equipment, stocking vans, organizing materials, and occasionally moving a box that’s bigger than you are.

Teamwork always makes the heavy lifting a little easier. 👊

Twinning and winning. 😎

Jared and Wade showed up in matching navy shirts and grey shorts to set up the newest vehicle in the WRP fleet. Whether the coordinated outfits were planned is still up for debate.

Behind the matching uniforms is a hands-on look at how a new service vehicle gets ready for the road. Shelving, bins, storage, and layout all need a place so the team can keep tools and supplies organized when the workday gets moving.

It is a solid example of leadership getting involved in the details, with Jared and Wade making sure the newest addition starts off organized and unmistakably WRP.

Victor has never been afraid to get his hands dirty, and this job made sure he had the chance. 😆

With both hands in the mud and a smile still on his face, he is a pretty good example of what a solid day in the trades can look like. Plumbing does not always come with a clean mechanical room or plenty of space. Sometimes it means getting down beside the problem, working through the mess, and staying focused on the task in front of you.

For Victor, the dirt is simply part of the work. A good attitude, a willingness to get involved, and a sense of humour can make even the messiest jobs feel like a good day’s work.
