Margenstein Realties is in process of completely renovating an older building in Uptown. Although we have secured all of our permits from the City of Saint John, the fire marshall has requested a complete set of plans to be registered with the fire department.

We are looking for someone to prepare a complete set of building drawings that would meet the following requirements:

- Drawings shall be to scale.
- A site plan showing the proposed location of the building being constructed, converted or altered.
- Floor plans of each floor showing the exits, balconies, fire alarm components, exit and emergency lighting, ventilation, the location of portable fire extinguishers, and all other fire safety features.
- A longitudinal section of the building.
- A specification of construction.
