We’re honoured to share that Commercial Properties received two Heritage Awards for 2026, presented by Common Council through the Heritage Development Board—and to celebrate all of this year’s outstanding award recipients.

🏆 15 Canterbury Street – Commercial Façade Rehabilitation Award

Congratulations to all the property owners, designers, tradespeople, and stewards recognized this year for their dedication to preserving Saint John’s built heritage. These projects reflect the care, collaboration, and long-term investment required to protect the history that shapes our city.

A special thank-you to our incredible Projects Team and to FCC Construction team at OSCO Construction Group for their expertise, partnership, and commitment to making these restorations possible.
