Not much to see yet…

My newest listing at 34 Harrow Lane is in the building process. One of the amazing things about Doug Tarry Homes is their panelization process. They have a local in-house facility that builds the panels so they can be flat-packed and transferred to the site, reducing the amount of time the home spends exposed to the elements, keeps costs down and is overall more environmentally friendly.

Much like how a bird builds a nest, efficient use of the materials available allows them to conserve energy and build a more durable structure. Backyards that provide birds with concentrated piles of nest materials such as, dead leaves, twigs and dry grass give birds a more desirable location for nesting.

Hi, I’m Alicia Atterbury!
I’m a Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage Triland St. Thomas. My primary focus is on new and resale homes. I proudly work alongside Doug Tarry Homes to help sell some of their quick possession homes.
I’ve been in real estate since 2019 and before that I worked at a big bank. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Environment and Resource Studies and a Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability from Western.

Outside of Real Estate, I’m a wife and mother of three. I volunteer my time and expertise with a variety of organizations within St. Thomas. I am a founding Executive Board Member with Our Place Respite, a not for profit that provides respite services for adults with disabilities within the community. I am a board member with the Early Learning Centre, a collection of daycare facilities within St. Thomas/Aylmer. I also volunteer my time as a PTA Executive Hot Lunch Coordinator for a local school, responsible for organizing and preparing school lunches. I am also a founding board member of Kettle Creek Players, a theatre group that performs British Pantomimes every holiday season! On top of that, I also volunteer on a land securement committee for the Thames Talbot Land Trust.

If I’m not busy, I’m probably dead!
I love everything I do, especially real estate so I’d like to blend my love of nature into real estate somehow and give you something a little different! I’m happy to have you come along the journey with me.
