A big congratulations to DHP Homes on a major milestone they achieved at the end of 2025! 🎉🏡

In December, their team received their first Net Zero Home Label for a Port Rowan addition that pushed through tough weather conditions and delivered standout performance. The home came in at just 4 GJ/year of energy use (compared to ~66 GJ/year for a typical new build) and achieved 1.28 ACH, surpassing Net Zero airtightness requirements. Fully electric with solar, battery storage, triple-pane windows, and high-efficiency mechanical systems, these homeowners are officially off the grid.
