Activity in the Sarnia-Lambton market continued to build through May, bringing in 411 total listings and 152 sales, which pushed the total sales volume for the month to $83,113,935.

🏠 This month, the most popular home styles were Bungalows, 2 Storeys, 1 1/2 Storeys, Raised Ranches, and Side Split 4 Levels. These styles continue to offer a wide range of options for buyers looking to enter the market or upgrade to a new space.

Focusing on the residential sector, there were 354 listings and 137 sales for the month. While sales are down compared to May 2025, the average sale price ($556,967) saw a modest increase, showing that the market remains a great place for buyers to explore a growing variety of inventory 📈.
