I’ve had the opportunity to help many first-time buyers, and I think one of the biggest parts of my job is making sure they feel confident in what they’re buying. 🏡

These buyers are the perfect example.

Before finding this home, we had accepted offers on two others. Both times we completed a home inspection, and both times they weren’t comfortable with what we found. So we walked away and kept looking.

Third time was the charm. 🤍

This is why I can’t stress the importance of a home inspection enough, especially for first-time buyers. Sometimes an inspection gives you peace of mind to move forward, and sometimes it gives you the information you need to walk away.

The goal isn’t just to buy a house. It’s to make sure you feel good about the one you’re buying.
