**From accepted offer to possession in just 10 business days.**

I had the privilege of celebrating possession day with a first-time home buyer — one of the most rewarding milestones I get to experience as a REALTOR®.

This transaction moved on a very short timeline. Between the accepted offer and possession, there were only 10 business days to coordinate the necessary steps, manage deadlines and keep communication moving between the parties involved.

We were also able to **negotiate an improved purchase price** for my buyer as part of the transaction.

Transactions like this are a reminder that real estate isn't simply about finding a property. Representation also means helping clients understand their options, keeping track of important contractual timelines, communicating with the professionals involved and negotiating on the client's behalf.
