🪴 What courses can you arrange for your team?
Seminars? Courses? Masterminds? Brainstorm sessions? Invest in them, they will invest back into you.
🪴 Ask back, then answer.
Oooohhh one of my favourites - ask the question back to your team. What do they think? Are they on the right track? Acknowledge where the are on point and share your warnings. Even if it’s wrong, eventually, what they guess will be right!
🪴 Regular training discussions
Never just answer the question, explain why. Never share a new update or process without sharing WHY. Transparency = Trust
🪴 Encourage podcasts/books
All audio/written content can bring people together. Even a group read of Twilight brings people together! Having a discussion at the water cooler can trigger a surge of happiness!
🪴 Share hobbies
Invite others to join you at walking, yoga, knitting, concerts. If nothing else, share about how you growing in your hobby. Be invested in other people’s journeys in their hobbies and the will in yours. Nothing better than having a cheering audience.
