✨ 28C Norfolk Community Spotlight: Nails By Chloe K! 💅✨

We wanted to take a moment to celebrate one of our newest additions to 28C Norfolk! Chloe joined us in May, bringing her impressive talent and years of nail artistry experience to our space.

Her passion for her craft shows in every detail, which is why it’s no surprise her schedule is packed to the brim with happy returning clients! (She is currently fully booked and not accepting new clients at this time.)

We’re so proud to have such a skilled technician as part of our 28C family! Drop some love for Chloe in the comments! 👇💖
