Finding the right home can take a few swings.

My clients looked at several homes, found a few that seemed like they could work, and unfortunately struck out on three offers. Instead of forcing something that wasn’t right, we reset, talked about what was really important to them, and took a look at an option they hadn’t originally considered.

A little bit of luck helped too — we found a home that checked the boxes, was available at the right time, and gave us the opportunity to put an offer together right away.

And now… accepted offer! 🎉

A big thank you to my clients for trusting me, being patient with the process, and working through the ups and downs with me. Buying a home doesn’t always happen on the first try, but sometimes taking a step back and looking at things a little differently can make all the difference.

Sometimes, seeing a lot of homes is exactly what you need to find the right one.

We looked at 16 homes together before the right one came along.

By that point, they knew what they liked, what they didn’t, and what they were looking for. So when the right home showed up, we didn’t overthink it.

We put together an offer that made sense for them, but we also knew we needed to be competitive if we wanted a shot at getting it.

And it worked. 🏡

The right house doesn’t always come along on the first showing, the third showing, or even the 16th.

First mortgage fell through. Almost lost the house. Kept it together for over a month to get to the finish line.

That’s the job. When things go sideways, you don’t walk away from the deal. You work your network, you stay calm, and you find a way.

A few twists. A few turns. But we got there.
