DOUBLE WHAMMY! 🏡🎉

Congrats to my clients on the purchase AND sale of this great townhouse style condo in Ste. Anne! 🔑🙌

This one had a little extra wrinkle… the unit is tenant occupied until July! But we found the perfect buyer who was happy to take possession of the investment, collect the rent, and move in when the tenants’ lease is up. Talk about a win win! 👏

It’s always a great feeling when all the pieces fall into place, and this one did just that! 🧩✅

Huge thanks to my clients for trusting me to help make it happen. It was an absolute pleasure! ❤️

Now get out there and enjoy this beautiful Manitoba fall weather! 🍂🍃🌞

Signed, Sealed, Brammer’d!™ 😎

Go Aces go! For a great cause October 3rd! 🙏🏻

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we made a small amendment to our ad. See you there!

🏒🔥 IT’S OPENING GAME DAY, STE. ANNE! 🔥🏒

The Ste. Anne Junior Aces kick off the season October 3rd vs. the Mitchell Mustangs — and this one is about so much more than hockey.

We’re coming together to honour the memory of Pete Koster, who tragically passed away at just 37, leaving behind a family. ❤️

Every year, our Aces family tries to dedicate a special game to a family in need, and this year we’re asking our fans to PACK THE RINK, GET LOUD, AND SHOW THE KOSTER FAMILY WHAT THE HOCKEY COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT!

50% of the proceeds will go directly to Pete’s family.

Bring your family. Bring your friends. Wear your Aces gear. Let’s fill the stands, make some noise, and start the season by showing up for a family who needs us.

🎉 SOLD IN STE. ANNE! 🎉

7 Oak Lane is officially SOLD! 🏡🔑

Only 2 DAYS ON THE MARKET and we had a great offer come together with my clients IDEAL POSSESSION DATE too! 🙌

Sometimes getting the timing right between selling, accepting an offer, and finding a possession date that’s almost 5 months down the road can be a bit of a puzzle… but this one? 🧩 FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY!

A HUGE congrats to my clients! 🎉 You put in the work, got the place ready to show, and it paid off big time. I appreciate the opportunity to help you through another real estate adventure. Thank you for trusting me! ❤️

And congrats to Mark Hiebert Group 𝐌 𝐀 𝐑 𝐊 𝐇 𝐈 𝐄 𝐁 𝐄 𝐑 𝐓 and your clients! 👏 I know they’re going to absolutely love their new home, and I have no doubt Ste. Anne is going to welcome them with open arms!

Thanks for making it a smooth, easy deal from start to finish. 🤝

📞 THE YEAR IS 1985… THE YEAR I WAS BORN. 👶😂

Before I was even old enough to hold a phone, apparently I was already preparing for a career in real estate.

🏠 Average Manitoba home: ~$68,573
💰 Average salary: ~$30,500
📞 Cell phones: Absolutely not
💻 MLS: a binder on someone’s desk
📠 Offers: FAX IT, BABY!
💇‍♂️ Hair: THE BIGGER THE BETTER
🥸 Moustache: mandatory for closing deals
👔 Suit: the louder, the better

And somewhere in Manitoba…

Baby Ryan was being born, completely unaware that 40 years later he’d be sitting behind a desk pretending he knew what he was doing. 😂

Fast forward to today and not much has changed…

I’m still buying, selling & negotiating real estate.

Just with better phones, fewer fax machines, and slightly less hair. 😉
