I was so excited to bring this home to market. It was spectacular in so many ways, and I had so much fun this summer meeting all the people who came through and loved it too.

In the end, multiple offers — and a win for this great couple.

And while I’m thrilled to put the SOLD on this one, we’re really going to miss the two who called it home.

Gil and Jody are the kind of people who make a community better simply by being part of it, and our Rochon Sands community has been so lucky to have them. The best neighbours. The entertainers. The dog watchers. The pancake flippers. The board members. The ones who see something that needs doing and just do it.

The “we’ll be there” people.
The “come sit and chat” people.
The “come join us for dinner” people.
The “do you need any veggies?” people.

DOUBLE SOLD — and the sweetest part? Mother + Daughter.

Way back in 2015, I helped her purchase this home. Eleven years later, she reached out to have me help her sell it — and brought her sweet mom along for her sale too.

There’s something pretty special about that.

We’ve lived a lot of life between 2015 and 2026. Different chapters, different milestones, and somehow our paths found their way back together for this one.

It’s such a good reminder that relationships really do matter in this business.

Moving on from Camrose can be hard — trust me, I know that firsthand. But going back to your roots has a way of filling your cup.

That coming-home feeling.
