Before & After:

This home was dealing with significant water intrusion every spring. By elevating the structure, we cleared the way for the foundation to be extended upward, allowing the basement floor slab to be reconstructed at a higher elevation.

No more rushing water in the basement. Just reliable peace of mind for the homeowner.

Cette résidence subissait d'importantes infiltrations d'eau chaque printemps. En soulevant la structure, nous avons dégagé l'espace nécessaire pour prolonger les fondations vers le haut, permettant ainsi de reconstruire la dalle de béton du sous-sol à une élévation plus élevée.

Fini l'eau qui s'infiltre dans le sous-sol. Une vraie tranquillité d'esprit pour le propriétaire.

Last fall, we had the privilege of raising and moving the Smith- Homestead Foundation Hall at Camp Smitty- a building that’s been part of so many memories over the years.

Seeing it fully restored and reopened at the grand opening last Friday was a proud moment for our entire team.

A huge thank you to Amsted and the incredible Camp Smitty team for trusting CDS to be part of such a meaningful project. We’re honoured to have played a small role in helping preserve a place that means so much to so many.

L'automne dernier, nous avons eu le privilège de soulever et de déplacer le Smith-Homestead Foundation Hall au Camp Smitty — un bâtiment qui fait partie des souvenirs de tant de personnes.

Voir ce bâtiment entièrement restauré et officiellement rouvert lors de la grande ouverture vendredi dernier a été un moment de grande fierté pour toute notre équipe.

Un immense merci à Amsted ainsi qu'à l'incroyable équipe du Camp Smitty de nous avoir fait confiance. Nous sommes honorés d'avoir contribué à préserver un endroit qui occupe une place si importante dans le cœur de tant de gens.

Join us in celebrating our incredible team for their precision and hard work!

Overnight, the heritage Champlain Oil gas station was successfully moved to its permanent home at 70 Richmond Road, where it will be integrated into the newly built mixed-use 9-storey building.

Special thank you to Harold Minty and Joaquín Sánchez for assisting us with the relocation.
