Apparently, AI is coming for our jobs 🤯

And listen, while we’re all for technology making our lives a little easier; we’d still like to see AI crawl into an attic, notice the interesting smell coming from a basement, negotiate an offer at 10:47 PM, drive across Hamilton for seven Saturday showings, AND talk you out of panicking when negotiations get stressful. 😂

We’ll wait.

Because real estate has never been just about finding listings online or looking up comparable sales.

➡️It’s knowing the neighbourhood.
➡️It’s recognizing the things a listing photo conveniently doesn’t show.
➡️It’s understanding when to negotiate, when to walk away, and when you’ve found something worth fighting for.
➡️It’s answering the “Is this normal?!” text.
➡️It’s being there when an offer gets accepted, and when one doesn’t.

→ $50,000 from Ontario’s 5% top-up relief
→ $130,000 in total potential savings 🤯

🏗️ Could Caledonia be on the verge of its next major transformation?!

A proposed development, McClung Meadows, could bring nearly 2,500 new homes, a 256-bed long-term care facility, commercial space, parks, and land for a future school to the community.

Supporters say it’s a much-needed step toward addressing housing demand and expanding local services.

Others are asking an equally important question:

🚗 Can the current roads, sewer systems, and infrastructure keep up with this level of growth?

As the proposal heads to the Ontario Land Tribunal, it’s a conversation that’s getting plenty of attention, and one that could shape Caledonia’s future for years to come.
