A little break, a lot of beautiful memories, and definitely some time to recharge the batteries!
I had such a wonderful getaway, good food, beautiful places, lots of laughs, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the moment.

But as much as I loved being away, I have to say… it feels good to be back!

Feeling refreshed, grateful, and ready to get back to work and help my clients with whatever comes next.

Sometimes taking a little time for yourself is exactly what you need to come back with a fresh perspective and renewed energy.

Now, back to reality… and I’m happy to be here!

But here’s what many sellers don’t realize:
The first few weeks your home is on the market are when buyers are paying the most attention.
If the price doesn’t reflect today’s market, buyers often scroll past, book other showings, or assume they’ll wait for a price reduction.
