Occupancy Permits Approved! Four Years of Innovation and Persistence Have Paid Off 🚀

After nearly four years of hard work, our first- and second-generation Space Capsule units have officially received their Occupancy Permits.
This important milestone marks a new step forward in providing innovative housing solutions.
We are now moving ahead with our third-generation Foldable House project, designed for ADUs, student housing, senior communities, resorts, and residential developments.
We look forward to working with partners and communities across PEI and Atlantic Canada to help address housing needs through innovative and efficient housing solutions.
