Inventory remains elevated, giving buyers more choice and improved affordability, while many sellers are entering the spring market early. Overall, the market continues to lean in buyers’ favour, with homes still taking time to sell.

• Condo: $489,200

The takeaway right now is stability. We are seeing early signs of the market finding its footing, but buyers are still being cautious and selective.
