225 lb sn**ch today. 💪

Most people know me as a Realtor. What a lot of people don’t know is that before real estate, I spent over 20 years in the fitness industry.

When I was younger, my dad (a carpenter) and I decided that instead of renting a gym, we’d build one ourselves.

So we did.

We bent the rebar, framed the walls, hung the drywall, installed the insulation, and even put the roof on. There were plenty of -30°C Ontario mornings where we questioned what we were doing, well mostly me… my dad never let me take a day off lol, even if it took twice as long to hammer a nail because my hands were frozen.

That building became my gym for the next 15 years, where I had the privilege of helping hundreds of people get stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I don’t own the gym anymore, but training is still a big part of who I am. It’s where I learned that the biggest results don’t come from one great day, they come from showing up consistently over time.

So if you ever need nutrition or training advice… now you know who to ask. 😄 💪🏻
