SOLD!! So this happened a little sooner than planned…. But we couldn’t be happier about it!! ☺️ Devon planted the seed this spring that her and Chris had plans in the nearish future to change things up. Fast forward to this summer when I met the perfect family for this home…with a little fast track planning, Chris & Devon decided it was meant to be. 884 Main Street is CLOSED! Congratulations to one of my youngest clients and his family!! This was one wild transaction! It was 11 days from offer to closing!! This doesn’t happen unless everyone is working together! My sellers were amazing and super flexible along with their lawyer, Sheryl Tabor.
