Being invited into a room like this is something we’re genuinely grateful for.

Not simply because of the recognition, but because of the conversations that happen when experienced leaders from different markets across the country come together and are willing to share openly.

The wins. The struggles. The gaps. The hard decisions. What’s working, what isn’t, and what each leader is learning along the way.

It also creates an incredible opportunity to hear firsthand what other teams are seeing in their own markets how buyers and sellers are responding, where challenges are showing up, what strategies are gaining traction and how successful teams are adapting as the industry continues to change.

That kind of perspective is invaluable.
