A seller started a wall touch-up before closing but left the job unfinished.

Instead of letting it become a bigger issue for my clients, I picked up the paint roller and completed it myself. 🎨🏡

I almost ignored the message… and it turned into one of the most meaningful deals of my career.

About 5 years ago, I met this incredible client who was ready to buy her first home. We were so close to submitting an offer… and then life took an unexpected turn. A family emergency forced her to pause everything.
