We believe it is very important to have a healthy work/life balance so enjoy our sunny and bright lounge upstairs to unwind, or take a walk in the neighbourhood to many local parks or food establishments!

We know its a difficult time for everyone but we want to make it a lot easier for you and your loved ones. We would like to remind you that we take our Health and Safety at flexWrks very seriously and have put in place many safe practices to prevent the spread at our workplace. We want to make it the most comfortable and secure environment for all of our tenants and employees. Some of our practices include:
- contactless entry, and payment
- virtual tour option
- social distancing requirement (6 ft/2 meters)
- mandatory mask covering
- consistent signage throughout entire facility
- cleaners on-site every other day
- complimentary hand sanitizer
- several separate washrooms
- monthly reminders sent out to all employees and tenants
