Your guide to summer events in West Toronto this June šŸ‘‰

June is one of my favourite months because West Toronto fully comes alive. The patios are packed (hello, Dundas West & Ossington), the calendar is loaded, and the weekends fill up fast.

I rounded up the events worth showing up for, the new spots everyone’s about to be talking about, and a June bucket list you’ll actually want to work through. Think local markets, outdoor movie nights, live music, and long walks along the Humber River + High Park.

A peek into life as a West Toronto Realtor

This month we got into a few fun things:

• Walks + playgrounds with the little one
• A few morning listing appointments around High Park North/The Junction
• Loads of condo showings- my buyers are taking advantage of the low prices
• Met with and helped a few relocation clients
• Getting outside more now that the weather’s finally cooperating. I’m loving the running and bike trails in the west end- High Park, Etienne BrulĆ© Park, and Martin Goodman Trail are my favs.

The spring market is in full swing here in West Toronto and I’m excited to see what’s in store as we head into summer.

If you have questions, I’d love to hear from you. I’m always a DM away.

I’ve seen West Toronto homeowners spend $60k+ on a kitchen remodel and wonder why they didn’t make it back at closing.

Meanwhile, the house down the street spent $2000 on a coat of paint, spruced up their yard, and walked away with more.

I’ve walked through homes where the owner gutted the bathroom before listing and barely broke even.

Then I’ve seen a freshly painted front door change a buyer’s entire first impression before they even entered the door.

The upgrades that move the needle are usually the ones that remove objections.

A well-maintained yard says ā€œthis home is cared for.ā€

Fresh neutral paint makes every room feel like a clean slate - fresh, bright, and bigger.

As always, my DMs are open for your questions.

You moved to the west end for a reason. The walkability, the community, the fact that you can grab fresh momos at Sorauren on a Monday and still make it home before dinner. The kind of neighbourhood where your Saturday morning has a routine before you even plan one.

Fresh produce, local vendors, heritage spots, waterfront views, and the kind of easy neighbourhood energy that reminds you why you chose this side of the city in the first place.

Whether you’re a Dufferin Grove regular, a Junction Saturday person, or someone who didn’t even know Humber Bay had a market (it does, and it’s beautiful), there’s a spot on this list for you.

This is the west end at its best and it’s just one of the reasons people who live here don’t tend to leave.

Saturday morning. Coffee in the sunroom. Nowhere to be.

That’s what 82 Sellers Ave feels like, and it just hit the market in Corso Italia.

The kitchen has a gas range, a custom island, and it opens into a living room with a gas fireplace. The kind of layout where you’re cooking dinner and still part of the conversation.

Out back is a private yard with a gas firepit, Muskoka-style seating, mature trees, and landscaping that feels like a retreat you didn’t have to drive to.

The detached 2 car heated garage is whatever you need it to be: studio, gym, the workspace that finally doesn’t bleed into your living room.

Downstairs is fully finished with a rec space, laundry, and a spa-like 4-piece bath.

All of it tucked on a quiet street, steps to St. Clair West. The cafes, the restaurants, and the neighbourhood you’d brag about living in.

3 beds. 2 baths- this is the one! Listed at 1.4MM

It’s an honour to not just sell homes, but to be entrusted with the important milestones and significant transitions in my client’s lives. I’m so so grateful to do it.

They might say, ā€œYou just sell housesā€ or worse… ā€œYou just open doorsā€

But it is so much more than selling real estate. I get the privilege of working with real people in the middle of their very real (often exciting, sometimes sad) life circumstances.

Thank you to all of my incredible clients who have trusted me to be a small part of their stories.
