What many people do not see is the story behind the numbers.

This property had previously been listed with another agent and sat on the market for well over a year and a half through multiple price points, different strategies, and changing market conditions. What makes this sale even more special is that the home had previously been listed on and off the market with another agent at various price points, without success. When I was brought in, we created a proper marketing strategy tailored to today’s market, positioned the property correctly, executed the plan from start to finish, and found the right buyers.
