The home search for our buyer friends took us to many different parts of the city. The buying experience can do that! It can be a fluid and ever evolving process that takes different twists and turns. Especially during these challenging times, priorities change and the needs and wants list gets updated.

The typical Toronto home buying process usually includes lots of twists and turns, and more downs than ups. To say these happy new homeowners felt the full brunt of the home buying experience would be an understatement! They stayed patient — amidst all the ups and downs — and ended up with an amazing new home in the heart of Leslieville! With useful outdoor space even more important these days, I'm looking forward to sharing a drink with my great clients in this cute backyard (if they're not sick of me yet!)

I don't post enough of my client's wins. This one felt good!
In an increasingly challenging condo market — one that felt like it was changing every day — my client sold his amazing unit for a great price. Things like top notch staging, excellent photography, and the right improvements to add value were even more important to get the job done!
