Can’t close on your pre-construction condo?

Don’t panic.

A lot of buyers are facing this exact situation right now as thousands of condo units move toward completion across the GTA.

The mistake is thinking there is only one path forward.

There usually isn’t.

Depending on your situation, you may have options:

✅ Assign the unit
✅ Rent it out after closing
✅ Explore private lending or alternative financing
✅ Bring in a partner
✅ Negotiate with the builder
✅ Review the numbers before making an emotional decision

The key is simple:

Do not ignore the problem.
Do not wait until the last minute.
Do not make a rushed decision without understanding the strategy.
