Shalini is green-conscious and an AGA (Accredited Green Agent), as well as a member of the Toronto Chapter of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), understanding the importance and expanse of Global clients in today's property market. Professional skill development is important to Shalini, who currently holds designations as an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ASA (Accredited Senior's Agent), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). Shalini has enjoyed meeting with her fellow peers during her committee work, twice serving on the Marketing and Communications committee with OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association), and has been quoted several times in their provincial newsletter, the Edge. She currently serves on the Membership Communications committee with TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board). Shalini has a long history of volunteering, especially with Aptus Treatment Centre for Complex Disabilities (formerly MukiBaum Treatment Centre). She also recently joined the Mackenzie Health Foundation’s Gala Committee to raise funds for the local hospital. Shalini also serves on the Board of Directors of TCF (Terrequity Children's Foundation). Interviewed recently for a Q&A article on Virtual Staging featured in Toronto Star's Touch app, Shalini was happy to share how using modern marketing technology benefits her clients. Shalini is a past Winner of Terrequity's Sally Benedek award for Team Spirit, and was honoured recently out of over 60,000 members as a Featured Alumni of OREA Real Estate College.
