🚨 5 Realtors and STILL no contractor referrals? Here’s exactly what I’d do next.

Go to Google.
Search their business name.
Read the reviews.
Check HOW MANY people used them.
Check HOW RECENT the reviews are.
Check HOW LONG they’ve been in business.

And don’t stop there…

Google their actual NAME too. đź‘€

Because the fastest way to lose money on a renovation is hiring the wrong contractor.

A bad contractor can:
❌ Take your deposit and disappear
❌ Leave unfinished work
❌ Cost you months of delays
❌ Destroy your profit margins
