🎉 Huge congratulations to my clients (and family friends) on securing their new downtown Toronto rental! 🏙️✨

Just 10 days before September 1st, they reached out needing a place fast. Two friends moving from Ottawa, looking to live together downtown — and the clock was ticking! ⏰

Instead of just booking showings, I called every listing agent for the homes they liked, sent their documents in advance, and only set up virtual tours with landlords who were open to them ✅. With 5 days left before move-in, we wrote an offer and got accepted! 🗝️

Keys in hand on September 1st, and two very happy tenants 🙌. Helping people through tight timelines and stressful situations is exactly why I love what I do ❤️.

✨ Just Leased in Mississauga! ✨

This one holds a special place in my heart. Last year, I had the pleasure of helping a wonderful family find their rental — and this time, their cousin reached out, wanting to move closer to them. Referrals like this are the biggest compliment, and I’m always so grateful when clients trust me with their loved ones.

In just one day, we toured four homes, and by the end, they knew exactly which one felt right. After a smooth round of negotiations, we secured the unit — one of the easiest and most seamless processes I’ve had the joy of being part of.

Beyond the paperwork, what made this journey so special was the connection. We bonded instantly over parenthood (their little one is 4, mine is 2 🩵), and it felt less like work and more like helping friends.

With a little one on the way, they decided it was time to upgrade — and what a journey it’s been! From seeing countless homes, riding the wave of emotions that comes with house hunting, to finding the one that felt just right… I couldn’t be happier for them. 💛

Life lately is all about soaking in the love these boys bring into our world.

Elias and Kai — watching them grow, laugh, and bond with the people who love them most fills my heart in ways I can’t even explain. From cuddles with Bapa, to playful moments with Uncle, to quiet snuggles with Mommy and Daddy… these are the memories I’ll hold close forever.

There’s nothing more special than seeing our boys surrounded by love. These are the days 💛

This one is extra special — my incredible clients made a life-changing decision to move their entire family from Manitoba to Toronto so their daughter could have the best possible educational opportunities. 🙌📚

When they first reached out, they weren’t sure it was even possible. Three banks had already said no… but then they spoke to Steven, who made the impossible possible. 💪

From there, we hit the ground running on their home search. When we found the dream home, it seemed out of reach — but I wasn’t ready to give up. After some serious negotiating, we got the price down and locked it in within their budget!
