I am getting ready for my main floor reno! Tomorrow is moving day and the plumber is coming in to disconnect sinks, dishwasher etc. and cap them off. Demolition starts Wednesday, the whole main floor is coming down right back to the studs. I am going to post on an on going basis as the renovations progress. I posted a picture of what it looks like now, also last nights dinner, the last one until the new main floor! I am so excited.

Sears Canada has announced it is selling the lease on its downtown Toronto and Sherway Gardens stores in an attempt to claw back around $400 million in rent. Under the plan announced early this morning, the struggling retailer will sell back....
