This area is designated as a future Major Transit Station Area (MTSA) and it is positioned within immediate vicinity of the Yonge North Subway Extension!

This addition will bring TerraBona's portfolio to a total of 4,000,000 square footage of prime density (6000+ units) within MTSA.

Terra Bona Developments Ltd. in partnership with The Safehaven Project for Community Living are pleased to announced the official submission of our OPA and ZBA application for 10811 and 10819 Jane Street, in the City of Vaughan.

The proposal consists of a twelve (12) storey mid-rise building with two (2) levels of underground parking and envisions a mix of market and affordable housing with the lower three levels of the building to be operated by Safehaven by an assisted-living facility for people with developmental disabilities and complex care needs. A ground-level daycare facility is also proposed for the site.

Special thanks to Susan Bisaillon, Mary Peterson and the entire board of director of Safehaven for their partnership and trust. Special Thank you to Mr. Ed Starr from SHS Consulting for his continuous mentor, support and trust! Our great team of consultants including Andrew Ferancik and Mike Bennett from Walker Nott Dragicevic Associates Limited, Gianni Ria, Kasra Eslahchi from IBI Group and to many other individuals involved in this application.
