Driving on our highways with all the 53 foot trailers, I've often wondered if you could convert them to homes. Well apparently, especially if you use a refrigerated one, you can.

I love older houses but often it's difficult to find room for a 1st floor washroom. I love this because you could install this in a very small space, for example, under a staircase (as long as the underspace is not already used for the basement stairs.
