The House and Rooms:
Location - It’s a 3-storey house on Dufferin street 3 min walk from Dufferin station so great access to the city and it’s a fantastic neighborhood overall. Christie Pits park is a 15-minute walk away, Dufferin Mall (shops, No Frills, Walmart, Dollarama, Winners, Food court). There is CIBC bank, BMO, Tim Hortons, LCBO, Beer Store, Dufferin Library, corner Drugmart, laundry mat, all within a 5-15 minute walk. Planet fitness gym is 10 minute walk away.
The house - 6 roommates share the whole House 3 floors 3 washrooms, kitchen and bathrooms and Large backyard. Please note that there is no living room but the rooms are comfortable to sit in and in summer there’s the Large Garden and front porch.
*Cleanliness - we keep the kitchen and bathroom and main hall clean and expect mutual respect by cleaning up after ourselves.
*Socializing - we’re not strangers but everyone mostly does their own thing, all Rooms have their own locked. We’re among 25sh to 60sh year old and mature and all have our own lives
The 2 rooms for Rent - Both are UNFURNISHED ROOMS ARE quite large and comfortable to live in. You can easily fit a queen bed, a dresser and desk, have, big windows so you get the sunset. The rooms ARE on the first floor (main floor) which shared washroom with each other.
About Us:
Therefore, We are looking for two flatmates to join our house, one for each room.
We’re all clean, quiet, some mature and other ones student. We don’t smoke, don’t drink much, and are neat and tidy. We’re friendly but privates don’t throw parties inside the house or hear loud music. If that sounds like it describes you too in terms of life style then we’ll probably get along. Our house ‘rules’ are pay your rent on time, don't be noisy, clean after yourselves and do your household chores as required. We’re looking for someone conscious and with common sense… We’re mature and professional here and expect someone of similar personality style.
