I’m checking for:
1️⃣ Hidden leaks
Those yellow ceiling spots that might mean roof or plumbing issues.
2️⃣ Foundation cracks
Identifying which ones are normal and which ones mean business.
3️⃣ Old-school wiring
Systems like k**b and tube that insurance companies really don’t like.
4️⃣ Aging HVAC
Systems that are gasping for air and might need a costly replacement soon.
5️⃣ Drainage issues
Making sure water isn’t pooling where it could damage your foundation.
