I’m checking for:

Those yellow ceiling spots that might mean roof or plumbing issues.
2ļøāƒ£ Foundation cracks
Identifying which ones are normal and which ones mean business.
3ļøāƒ£ Old-school wiring
Systems like k**b and tube that insurance companies really don’t like.
