In May 2026, Kleinburg recorded a median sold price of $1,498,500, 14 homes sold, 62 new listings, 114 active listings, and 8 months of inventory.
That means we are seeing a more buyer-friendly luxury market, especially compared to the aggressive seller conditions we saw in previous years.
For buyers, this may be a window to compare options, negotiate with more confidence, and focus on value instead of rushing into the wrong property.
