My "UP" Method delivers. My name is Jason Bond. For reasons that I assume are obvious, people hear my last name and instinctually call me James. It happens a lot. Like, all the time. But sadly, my name is not James. And you’re right, it’s too bad that it isn’t. Don’t get me wrong. I’m flattered by the confusion, but my name is quite literally the only way I would ever be confused for the legend.
Well, that and maybe my hair. But, only on a very good day and in certain favorable lighting conditions. I am a devoted West End Toronto Community Member and I’ve lived in Bloor West Village for 21 years. I’m raising two kids here. I work here. I play in a hockey league here. I have gotten a whole bunch of parking tickets here. I got chased by an angry raccoon here. Once, I even got run over by a rollerblader here (long story). These are just some of the reasons why I have such a strong commitment to taking care of the families that live in this great community. Now that I think about it, James and I do have something else in common…we’ve both worked extensively around the globe. Unlike that other guy, my last area of expertise was in client consulting and representation in global events, hotels and corporate housing. I have taken that 20 plus years of highly developed experience and applied it to my passion in residential real estate.
