It's crazy when you stop and think about how far computers and phones have changed over the years. Who remembers the first mobile car “bag” phone, dial-up internet, or wheeled-in school projectors?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

No matter who you root for, I think we can all agree on the excitement of getting fans back in the stands this year!

When Jack and I lived in Buffalo, we were lucky to be able to travel on the regular to Pittsburgh (Go Buccos💛🖤), Cleveland, and Toronto to go watch MLB games. We made so many wonderful memories in those cities that I will cherish forever. I am already looking forward to making it to Arlington and/or Kansas City this season!

It was INCREDIBLE watching before my eyes in the mirror seeing how much more my eyes popped, my blemishes disappeared, my jawline sharpened, and my teeth whitened in winter colors! And instantly from summer to winter or autumn to winter you could tell the difference. In fact, she intentionally didn’t say a word during this process because she wanted me to see it without her influence. And BOY, did I see it!

I cannot wait to start filling my closet and makeup with my “WOW” colors! I can finally be me in my clothes and stop hesitating on buying the bright colors! I can finally shop and know exactly what to look for 🙌 and especially I can finally fill my closet with tons of clothes I love instead of looking at a closet full of clothes and thinking “I have nothing to wear”. I cannot wait to get my style done next 🤗”

After you’ve done the work to deep clean, declutter, organize, and stage, make sure your listing photos reflect all that hard work.

Once a buyer has filtered their search by the area, school district, property tax rate, and size/style of home they are interested in, they will immediately be flipping through those photos. A lot of times, that’s the only thing people will see online and decide whether they are interested in scheduling a showing or not.

Your agent should have the expert knowledge and connections to professional photographers that will produce those images that are appealing and that will resonate with sellers & buyers!

Keeping it simple, your photos must crush it if you want your home to sell fast! If your agent is not planning to hire a professional photographer because they take great photos with their iPhone pro, this is a HUGE red flag. We’ve all flipped through online photos and can immediately tell when photos are taken using a phone. Don’t make this mistake!

Two years ago if you would have asked me about having a future in real estate, I would have laughed at you. My entire career up to that point was focused on Corporate America. While in Human Resources, I loved supporting my managers and helping them grow and develop. I enjoyed the project management piece of streamlining new hospital initiatives and identifying ways to improve clunky processes that were in place because “that’s the way we’ve always done it.”

To say this journey has completely turned my life upside down would be an understatement. My life has completely changed, and I am so thrilled not only for this opportunity, but the joy and excitement I’ve had along the way. I love real estate and being able to help my clients make their dreams come true. There is nothing more heartwarming than to have my clients share pictures and messages of themselves and their friends and family enjoying their new homes.
