Each week I track condo inventory for the downtown core, both on the sale and lease side. Why? Simple. In general, when there is a surge in supply, prices drop. When inventory shrinks, the prices go up. Inventory has stayed static since July (this weeks number shifts are negligible). When they get more drastic, my clients know before everyone hears about it in the news.
