Most buyers walk into a home and instantly fall in love with the finishes.

The kitchen.
The natural light.
The feeling the moment they step inside.

But the expensive problems?
Those usually aren’t staged for the photos.

🚩 The soft spot in the floor near the bathroom
🚩 The suspiciously fresh paint on every wall that makes you wonder what’s underneath

I’ve seen buyers purchase homes they truly loved… only to spend the first year dealing with repairs they never noticed during the showing.

Not because they weren’t paying attention.
Because nobody told them what to look for.

The things that matter most usually aren’t the pretty parts:

• HVAC condition

• Foundation cracks
